Emergency Report
If you have witnessed an incident or have a concern that involves the immediate safety of another individual please contact emergency services immediately. If you are on campus 和 the incident is occurring on campus, please contact Campus Police 和 Security Services at 216-987-4911 (emergencies) or 216-987-4325 (non-emergencies). If you are on campus 和 the incident is occurring off campus, please also contact Campus Police 和 Security Services. If you are off campus, please dial 911.
Discrimination/骚扰 Reporting Form
This form can be utilized by students, employees or others wishing to file a report on their own behalf or by anyone wishing to file a report on behalf of an impacted party. This report documents incidents or alleged violations of harassment 和/or discrimination based on an individual's protected class. 的 college recognizes the following protected classes: race, color, 宗教, sex (including sexual harassment, sexual violence, domestic abuse, 跟踪), 性别 identity 和 expression, 性别, sexual orientation, 怀孕, national origin, 祖先, physical or mental disability, 年龄, marital status, veteran status, genetic information, HIV/AIDS status 和/or participation in protected activity (retaliation).
的 Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) is responsible for coordinating the resolution of allegations of harassment 和 discrimination based on an individual’s protected class.
